What a busy week! Hailyn, Dinozzo and i made it back to california in one peice some how. it took 4 people and 2 TSA agents just to get us thru security, but from then on it was pretty much smooth sailing. They both slept most of the ride which was nice. Hailyn did end up giving me a bloody nose on the first flight which the woman next to me throughly enjoyed... (she got to hold hailyn while i stopped the blood flow)
Saturday we moved into our new place. it's ALOT nicer then any of our previous apartments, and much more spacious. we finally have room for all of our many "treasures". we're still unpacking, but we're mostly moved in. Hailyn has her genetic panel the 18th, we're very anxious for that. i had an appointment today and the first thing my doc said was 'is she short statured?' so i guess thats a pretty decent hint right there... it will be nice to finally have an answer. Hailyn is now on total bottle feeds and has up'd her intake by one ounce every feeding which is fantastic! i dont know if shes gained any weight yet though. i'm hoping! Tuesday we had the Marine Corp Birthday Ball which was a lot of fun. i found the ceremony really intresting, and even got eric to dance once! (for half a song anyway) we even got to have dinner without hailyn for the first time since mothers day! its been a very exciting week...
You guys look fabulous! I'm so glad you got to have a little time to yourselves, that's really important. We miss you guys and can't wait to see you at Christmas!
